"PayJunction was one of my favorite undergraduate jobs. I worked part-time from June 2018 to September 2019 and I never had problems. The culture can be described as challenging and competitive but in the most enjoyable way. All my co-workers in my department and out were genuine and uplifting people. It was expected to have a good day at work despite all the hate or rejections that are experienced when cold-calling the whole day. If I didn't have to move back, I would've planned to continue working at PayJunction."

"This is an excellent company to work for. Be confident in your sales abilities and be self-disciplined to do the work each and every day and you will succeed!"

What don't you like about working at PayJunction?

"There is definite room for improving customer service, especially when it comes to approving new accounts. General field support could be better also."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Assign only one analyist per merchant applicant. Too many merchants are being bothered with contact from several diffent analysts with the same requests."
