"This workplace it just like any other deep south organization. Micromanagement, inferior training, severe racial separation and undermining. Poor work environment. Network Administrator is expected to work out of a corner in a cubicle with molded tiles overhead, constant distractions and then is expected to effectively manage a network which consists of five branches, 20 servers, 50 workstation, voip system, disaster recovery, all peripherals, etc."
