"I don't like being required to put in ten-plus hours every shift worked, which at times does not give you a lot to enjoy your personal time with family."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Managing is a rewarding position to be in, and with that said, in order to have successful managers they need to be effective in their roles. Have attention to detail and people, and have great customer service. So my suggestion is find ways to make more effective managers without the extreme daily long hours. It's not about how many hours one puts in for the day that makes a great manager. It's about delegation and how effective you are as a manager."
