"In spite of a revolving door of employees, there were a handful of individuals that were knowledgeable and well intentioned."

"Go with your intuition about what the company is and act accordingly."
What don't you like about working at Panda Security?
"Turnover was dismal at all levels and across all functions. Constant scapegoating and an inability to face the reality about where Panda was positioned in the market and what resources and actions were required to realize its aspirations. Benefits and pay are below market. Canadian office downsized and eventually closed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be honest with who you are and what is required to be the company you want to be."
