"Turnover was dismal at all levels and across all functions. Constant scapegoating and an inability to face the reality about where Panda was positioned in the market and what resources and actions were required to realize its aspirations. Benefits and pay are below market. Canadian office downsized and eventually closed."

"Be honest with who you are and what is required to be the company you want to be."
