"Pall Corporation is a high tech Biotech company offering products and providing services for industrial and life sciences customers. The company is the leader in filtration and separation technologies, has very strong and innovative technical team. Larry Kinsley is a relatively new CEO, who brought very different vision about the business. In two years it was major reduction in headcount and replacement of practically all top level management. It is a good place for entering Biotech industry, but difficult to achieve advancement in the career."

"Ask about creer advancement within the organization and how that process is managed."

"Very short sighted management, with poor leadership and apparent lack of understanding regarding the internal processes that need improving."

"Managing the people under them and driving towards a specific goal is a difficult task. They should be afforded suitable training to ensure that their teams are progressing towards that goal."

"The atmosphere has been poisoned in recent months. A recent drop in sales is partially to blame, bit more is management response to it."

"Aggressive management where the philosophy was efforts don't count, only results matter"

"Restructure with more diverse management beyond the core which was all former Baxter management from their Puerto Rican operations"
