The company is the leader in filtration and separation technologies, has very strong and innovative technical team. Larry Kinsley is a relatively new CEO, who brought very different vision about the business. In two years it was major reduction in headcount and replacement of practically all top level management. It is a good place for entering Biotech industry, but difficult to achieve advancement in the career."
