"Honestly it was the best job I have ever had. It's a shame they had to let me go but it was necessary for two reasons. #1 (Covid) and #2 I traveled 2 weeks a month to visit and consult/recruit in other areas of the country. NYS where I reside was one of the first to shut down travel. My contract company was based in TX and they still wanted me to travel despite the ban! That is my only complaint. However that was not Pactiv that implemented that. A lot of flexibility for remote work and upper management is incredible. Only complaint were the hiring managers who all tended to have an old school mindset. Actually some would tell me not to hire kids (because they are always on their phone). Also dealing with unions made hiring difficult in some locations. I traveled to Plattsburgh NY 2 weeks a month which gave me the opportunity to go to Montreal which is a highly underrated city. If I had an opportunity to go back I would do it in a second."

One of worker told me new comer are suck , because of u guys ( new comer )company deduct his work our no more overtime so guys think about 4, 5 time and apply . For Ada violations, Ada discrimination, workplace threats and intimidation, wrongful termination, retaliation, racism discrimination, After African American employee was hurt. They didn't even offer him a duty of care. CEO and owner you are hereby put on notice."
