"If you want to work somewhere where you can coast, have job security, make a below average salary but decent benefits and go home at 4:30 everyday, then Pactiv is for you. If you are a driven person looking for advancement, steer clear."

"Performance means nothing. Regardless if you are a star or sleep at your desk, everyone is compensated and promoted at a snails pace based on seniority."
