"I didn't get the promotion which I was qualified, they gave it to someone who worked for me and wasn't qualified but the boss liked them. You have to walk on eggshells so not to be written up."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Change the CEO and regional HR, they haven't a clue or care about the company just themself."

"Don't be creative or speak up on your opinion, it will not be appreciated."

"That the company is run by one person who is not the owner but she thinks she is."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The top person should talk to the hotel managers and see what is really going on, why the morale is so low and why everyone is looking for another job. CEO should give an exiting interview to employees leaving to find out some truths, other companies do this and it helps."

"The hours are good, they only care about it when they are mad at you."

"Don't work here, the company has been sold and we don't know how much longer we will have a job."

What don't you like about working at Pacific Monarch Resorts?

"They did not promote me to a higher position, they gave it to a good-looking young girl who flirted with the bosses. She has no experience or education for the position. Now I report to her when 6 months ago she reported to me."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Talk to the supervisors, get involved with the company, don't let HR run the show and talk about how the CEO doesn't know anything and she is in charge."
