"Very cliquish. This role and the engineering specialist role are really for non-college graduates. Be an engineer if you work at this company which means have your *bachelors* degree from the college of engineering. If you intern and really make sure the "planets are aligned" then perhaps a masters degree in geology could take you places. Otherwise, you must know someone and "do it the old fashioned way," so to speak. Even so, you do get your very own office and good pay. (People are constantly saying that other oil and gas companies pay better, though.)"
"Great place to work."
