"To add another Case Coordinator position - there is too many clients to supervise (it is difficult to manage 200+ clients as well as 60+ employees)"

"To continually develop and manage your employees. To acknowledge tenure and reward accordingly. To always think of a company like a tree - you want the branches to grow Then give the roots room to grow equally."

"even work really hard, even you are good employee....nothing can help you move up because you are not either friend or family."

"the management is very poor, the system or the way to work is always changing ( manager always change his mind) always has to wait for something...always feel like been hold back."

"Things need to change, but never can. because owner and manager is working as team...not thing will change. ( if you are not a family or friend of manager then you really have to work yourself up! you will get help, but it's NO help like he help his family or friend."
