"Obtained skills with multiple systems"

What do you like about working at The Outsource Group?

"The employers. Only reason why because we were all going through the same struggle."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"With the bad there is a good. The only good that I can say about this company if you are looking for a career change (as obtaining new skills how to navigate through multiple systems, speaking with people over the phone, working on customer service skills) this is the place you can lean those skills. But once you've got those skills, move on. This is not a place you want to make it permanent."

What don't you like about working at The Outsource Group?

"Where do I begin. The best way to describe it the best way is the right hand doesn't talk to the left hand. There were constant unjustified changes that would occur without consulting the appropriate individuals (like the big boys up top) The pay was flat out insulting for the amount of work and effort that needed to run this company appropriately. And if...key word IF you were lucky enough to receive a yearly raise you were lucky to receive 20 to 30 cents. 50 cents was the maximum people would receive. Nobody would never want to take the blame ( and when I refer to nobody I mean upper management ) and the blame and worry would be put on the employees. The benefits were just as lousy as the pay. If you have a family prepare to only be working for medical/dental/vision insurance, that's if your lucky. Favoritism runs rampant around the office as well AND is clearly visible."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Please please PLEASE start to take in consideration what your from man ( the account representative) is telling you when they have a problem with certain work related issues. There are the people that are on the front lines trying to make the company run as smooth as possible. This isn't a popularity contest this is a place of employment. The one's that you KNOW that are giving you their 100% hitting there goal consecutively, striving to improve their skills, give them what they deserve. Quit using these people as cheap labor."
