"I worked for Mom365 Newborn Photography for 7 years and a half. I love the fact that my hard work was always noticed by my Director Christy Pinto and I was rewarded for it.I was practically self-managed because my sales percentage always was above average. This is a very nice company to work for, unfortunately the company was sold to another investor group and they re-structured the whole enterprise nationwide and they laid me off together with 20 more managers."

"Do not work for this company. They will tell you it is the best job in the world. Maybe by third world standards!"
What don't you like about working at Our365?
"Company has no integrity. It treats its employees like slaves. Is not honest with employees and requires employees to not be honest with customers."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Wake up! This company will not be in business much longer if major changes are not made. Honesty, integrity and ethics are needed. Treat your employees and customers with dignity and respect and you will succeed. Treat people like slaves and liars and you will get rebellion and lies."

"If you have strong multiple unit back ground experience and account management experience, you will be hired."

"Sales pressure. The executive team only cares about sales and not about the people that have to deliver the sales."

"Care more for your people. Take the time to get to know them and show them that they are important to the company."
