"I worked for this company for a couple of years. And I have never worked at a company that does not promote opportunity to grow to their employees. The company site never shows vacancies. And do not have internal communication to make employees aware that there might be an opportunity at a different department. OrthoNet is divided in different departments and suites. You might be parking next to someone that works for the same company for years and you would never know. I have worked for much larger corporations, and they at least make an attempt to integrate the entire corporation in different events so everybody knows everybody. People that have worked there for almost 10 years, never got the opportunity to meet the CEO in person, and they work in the headquarters. As a whole, if you are just looking to work and get a paycheck. You'll be happy there."

Claims Representative

"Claims. Poor compensation for expected work. Management has very unrealistic expectations; they want a lot of work in a little bit of time, and there is NO OVERTIME. 6 holidays yearly. Constantly switching you between projects, lots of hassle from management daily. Unbalanced workload between coworkers. Lots of favoritism. Limited growth within company - people work there 10 years and are still doing the same work from year 1 for terrible pay and lots of stress. DISORGANIZED to the max."
