"Claims. Poor compensation for expected work. Management has very unrealistic expectations; they want a lot of work in a little bit of time, and there is NO OVERTIME. 6 holidays yearly. Constantly switching you between projects, lots of hassle from management daily. Unbalanced workload between coworkers. Lots of favoritism.
