"I have been with this company for over 5 years. If I didn't need this job for my kids, I would have been gone a long time ago. This company is by far the worst. They make you work overtime constantly. They don't care about their employees, they only care about getting product out regardless of the quality. They rarely if ever promote unless you are part of the CEO's church group. It's a cult."

"I've worked for Ortho Molecular for about four months now. Thus far, while they have mentioned advancement opportunities, they've yet to deliver on them. I've got a degree, and while I understand that having a full time job is a wonderful thing, it is beginning to show how overqualified I am for my position. Furthermore, the lack of communication at this company is rather saddening. I've actually asked questions of our quality department in the past, only to discover that the two people I asked weren't even on the same page."
