Leadership is lacking, culture is lacking and overall trust to and from upper management is severely lacking. If there is anything this year has highlighted about OMPI it's how not to respond to a pandemic, so much for a health company."

"I left this company because they have no idea how to treat an employee. They demand constant overtime and push you to cut corners to try and hurry things along. They don't address issues until there's a problem or before they expect an inspection. You can't speak out about issues unless you want to be considered as having a bad attitude. They aren't concerned about accountability, only how much they can sell and how fast they can push a product through testing."
