"I’ve worked for Orkin for less than a year now and I would say that they have a good work ethic and a good team comradery. The pay structure is fair and you do make an hourly plus a production plus they do push for sales so you do make some commissions as well. I would have to say that communication would need some work between the management to the technicians to make the job flow much smoother and the work between the employees less stressful. Also the system has many issues that needs to be addressed and when brought up does not seem to really be of concern since it is supposedly a better system then what was in place previously. Either way, Management should be taking constructive criticism and inserting that into areas that are in need, such as suggestions about the system used by the technicians daily."
