"I liked working with incoming freshman and showing them how college works."

"Be assertive and a go getter. Show them your personality and be up front about your expectations."

What don't you like about working at University of Texas?

"I didn't feel respected and I felt that the company was not in control of its employees. There was not a feel of authority when it came to our superiors."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Give better pay for the orientation leaders or at least pay them when promised."
