2.7 It's a fun job, good if you have a second job. The compensation is unfair and they play favorites among staff. They will tell you you'll make a certain amount when you're hired, and halfway through the year, they'll do things like cut your salary in half without warning. Very high turnover because the environment is clique-y and the owners don't care about fair compensation. Managers will micromanage everything you do, reprimand and criticize your character and personality often, and promotions don't come with a raise. If you have a second job and just want to teach fitness classes, it's great - the members are lovely people. But don't let them tell you it's a full time job, it is not.

4.8 Orangetheory Fitness is a top notch workout studio that provides butt kicking workouts and only requires one hour of your time. Simply show up and the workout is there for you to do. OTF helps you achieve your fitness goals and has a strong community for you to be apart of as well. Since becoming a member of OTF I have found a new fit family and friends that has motivated me and inspired to me to become the best version of myself.

The downtown Indy location by many has been described as one of a kind with an invigorating environment unlike any other Orangetheory nationwide.
