"It's a fun job, good if you have a second job. The compensation is unfair and they play favorites among staff. They will tell you you'll make a certain amount when you're hired, and halfway through the year, they'll do things like cut your salary in half without warning. Very high turnover because the environment is clique-y and the owners don't care about fair compensation. Managers will micromanage everything you do, reprimand and criticize your character and personality often, and promotions don't come with a raise. If you have a second job and just want to teach fitness classes, it's great - the members are lovely people. But don't let them tell you it's a full time job, it is not."
