"Oracle is pushing the Cloud Computing operational services story. Oracle is a big idea company and #1 in many software areas. After the acquisition of Sun, we are now in both Hardware and Software. Make sure that you get paid for overtime if you work in any IT related position."
What don't you like about working at Oracle?
"We are run like a government, too much red tape, too much waste. There have been no bonuses or pay raises in my department for more than 5 years. There are at least 7 layers of management to reach the CEO."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"We need to hire a better skilled work force to support our systems and customers."
