"Don't get comfortable. Competent, hard working employees do not have job security despite what management tells you."

"Difficult to gain recognition for achievements. Little regard for employee financial/job security - will quickly cut workforce to maintain earnings for Wall St. Management tells employees business is good to make employees feel secure, then cuts the workforce."
