"Fast paced environment, highly challenging each and every day, loved that. Always working with very intelligent people was wonderful. Learning new software almost daily was very challenging and also very stimulating, loved it!!"

"The travel was difficult at the time with small children, and also the long hours were very difficult with a family. At the same time I was so incredibly motivated with whatever I was working on it was difficult to break away and get home for dinner."

"Management could be in better tune with the day to day operations and knowing just what each employee is really contributing to the operation."

"60-80 hours/work week was typical. Number of Oracle employees attending customer visits was overkill."

"Better coordination with other managers could lead to more efficient employee placements. Sales over-lay positions not working effectively."

"A lot of discrimination and hanky panky Old fashioned in management ideas, No honesty in communicating with lower level employees."

"Get some training. Don't just decide on people based on internal buddy system. Foreign managers consider people other than just those from same country."

"At the time, prior to the MetaSolv acquiring Orchestream, their technology was on the bleeding edge. Which was very attractive. Obviously, they were acquired for that same reason."

"MetaSolv now being Oracle, it's important to focus on authenticity. They already have plenty of robots. They are now looking for more creative thinkers."

"They technically laid off the entire Orchestream sales team. No warning."

"I don't like feeling like I have reached the limit of my potential to expand my career. I also don't like having stagnated in compensation despite having excellent reviews and performance."

"The company needs to change their HR practices to find a way to reward those that keep the company moving forward."

"Recommend cultivating those with experience rather than reorganizing top talent out when they have been on board for 6+ years, definitely out by 11 years or are over 50, really unnecessarily losing good talent with current HR direction."
