It offers wonderful growth opportunities, compensation, and benefits including tuition reimbursement, discounts on child care, gym memberships, car rentals, and cell phone plans. Most employees have the option of working from home at least one or two days a week, providing work/life balance. Upper management and the CEO operate transparently so the rest of the employees know what's going on and can provide feedback."

"Bad bosses. Condesending. Harrassing. Always looking to find ways to make you feel wrong. Never around. Never created a trusting environment."

"Get ready for EEOC lawsuits. Worst environment that I have ever worked in."

"Had to go through a lot of layers of personnel to get projects completed. Had a lot of protocol and procedures to navigate."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Need decisions to be made with clear direction. Many projects were rushed to production without completely thinking through strategies, consumer impact etc."

"contract assignment. I liked the fact that they trust you to do your duties without standing over you."

"I want stability. I want to settle in one company. I don't want to move from company to company anymore."
