"Optum is a great place to work! It offers wonderful growth opportunities, compensation, and benefits including tuition reimbursement, discounts on child care, gym memberships, car rentals, and cell phone plans. Most employees have the option of working from home at least one or two days a week, providing work/life balance. Upper management and the CEO operate transparently so the rest of the employees know what's going on and can provide feedback."

"Horrible company to work for. I was surprised to find out they were affiliated with United Health Care. The location I worked for was in Phoenix, AZ, management was so insane, the turnover rate was that of a telemarketing job."
