Account Executive

"They have great employees, but a generally immature view on the business. They focus on hiring young - not experienced. Their chief IT individual has a strong development focus, but doesn't have as good of a grasp on operations/systems/networks issues and concerns. There is also a lot of politics, and most of the highest level and respected employees come from the Sydney or Amsterdam offices - not from Chicago."

Senior Software Engineer

"I've worked for 4 years in the Amsterdam and Chicago offices, on different teams relating to C++. We have some amazing people working in both offices: data analysis in Chicago, and low-latency C++ in Amsterdam. I'm very impressed with the flat management structure and personal responsibility, but also the close eye on risk culture and correctness that is taken by not only development managers, but the traders as well."
