"I've worked at Optek since 2012, first real job out of college. Optek is perfect for a person looking to stay and whatever job they were hired on to do. Anybody, like myself, who has career goals should stay away fro Optek. A majority of entry-level engineering positions are being outsourced to India. And Upper-management is pretty much sits backs collecting bonuses for meeting a budget that they only met because they laid off a handful of employees."
