"Nordam had excellent benefits and advancement opportunities, unfortunately they grew faster than they should have, which may lead to the demise of the Wichita branch."

"Good compensation, benefits and opportunity for future advancement."

"Strap in, and hang on for the ride. Benefits are awesome, but the overall outlook is bleak."

What don't you like about working at The NORDAM Group?

"Company training was virtually non-existent. Program management agreed towards impossible/unreachable goals. Company was quick to jump into new contracts, and ignore the loyal customers, which may end up leading to the closure of the Wichita plant."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Learn the word No. Agreeing to impossible demands, and then missing the goal forces the company to look like a fool."
