"we're all crunchy... don't try to get a job by saying how you want to save the spotted owls and plant a million trees."

"paying $10 or $15 an hour for a kid fresh out of college is one thing. but if you want to keep your experienced mid-level managers, you need to step up to the plate with a more thoughtful pay structure."

"I did not like working at Aeropostale because it was more for a younger crowd and the hours scheduled made it almost imposable to have a life outside of work."

"The agents suck, the company as a whole sucks. Dead end jobs with the promise of money. After meeting all sales goals for the year, still no money."

"The most enjoyable aspect of IKON is the people. The teams I have built in the marketplace are strong, friendly and quality focused. I also enjoy the challenge of my current position. On any given day I do not know what I am going to encounter and it is good to not have to perform the same tasks day in day out."

"Be honest, have an explanation for decisions and don't be afraid to admit ignorance or inexperience as long as you have the ability to learn and find the answer."
What don't you like about working at IKON Office Solutions?
"At this point in my career with IKON the biggest downfall is I have reached a plateau. While I have had great success and moved up quickly, the opportunities for continued advancement are minimal. Another dislike of IKON is the inconsistency in reporting structure. Over the past three years I have had a total of four different direct supervisors."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Communication is key. Keeping employees abreast of situations, changes and expectations will keep them engaged and driven to succeed. Also, employees need to receive positive feedback. A good job or job well done will go a long way in motivating individuals to continue exceptional performance."

"Way too much politics. Not at all concerned about getting the testing done efficiently in a quality oriented work environment."

"The Chair of the department of Pathology must allow the managers control to make changes that the doctors must adhere to to remain compliant."
