"Friendly people to work with and good groth potential in the beginning. This has since stalled with the loss of primary client."

"Lack of forecast in Manufacturing does not allow for much planning of workload. This creates stress on workforce in attemp to remain flexible. There is no incentives to aid in boosting moral."

"Suggest that each facility not operate in such individualistic style. Partnership would aid in forecasting thus reducing overall stress."

"The company tendency is to promote people on the grounds of availability with no regards for capability. The regional management had its ideas prevaied instead of generating projects from a global participation."
