"Be open to change. Be very customer centric. Understand this company has many, many long term employees and will seek out personnel that show job stability vs. job hoppers."

"Some hourly employees are very resistent to change and have a we've always done it this way mindset. Some managers accept this mind set and are resistent to implemeting change."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more involved and do more Management by Walking Around. When you visit a facility don't stay in rthe conference rooms but talk WITH front line employees."
