"I did not like their salary. The employees work really hard for little pay."

"I love the customer interaction and the ability to help others solve problems that sometimes seem impossible. Also, I love the technical innovation of the products and customer relationships that this company strives to sustain."

"The first tip I would give would be to research. Much of what I've learned about this company has derived from outside research. The more you know the more you'll be able to grow."
What don't you like about working at Best Buy?
"Although my position is substantial at the time, the store does not allow me to apply the experience and education that I acquired with my degree. I am searching for a position at allows me to be fluid and use my creativity to benefit others."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management should be open to change that will allow new employees to be trained in a professional manner. Many of the managers are stuck in a traditional form and do not incorporate other possibilities to help employees learn the company, skill and growth potential."

"The managing nurses treated the lower level employees as though the only thing that was important was work, not family or health."

"Don't work the staff so hard. The managers were miserable and the staff was as well. They had to work too many hours and had alot of pressure to deal with."

"Great experience and exposure to difficult problems."

"Well, I worked for them a few years ago, so I am sure things have changed. It is a good place to get a lot of experience you might not find at another job. They are usually willing to hire people with limited experience."

"Weak management."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Too many layers between the CEO and the average employee. Most analysts suggest 7 at most, we had about 13. The highest levels of management are out of touch with the day to day operations."

"The autonomy of the cost center. We had our own business with aplenty of support from the home office."

"The upper management is too distant from the reality of the business."
