"Freedom to creatively allow my talents in building business trade vies and I poured my heart and gave up my time 7 days a week to make this business work, however, there was no budget to work with, no compensation for efforts and Development achieved as promised and the business was never even given the opportunity to develop. Classic bad decision making and lack of vision and focus on the owners part coupled with a $0 budget invested for growth. No training, no staff, and no vision."

"Unstable environment, the turnover rate is very high for newer employees, but some employee's have been there over 5 and 10 years."

"Cross diversify. Know as many fields as you can when applying for a job. If for example, you are applying for electrician, know as much as you can about electrical AS WELL AS anyone you might support such as plumbing or HVAC."
What don't you like about working at KBR inc?
"There were no negative concerns with the company. Working with government officials was sometimes difficult."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Many managers were hired because of inside assistance. When hiring, be sure to hire according to abilities and knowledge."
What do you like about working at United States Army?
"It was a challenge, an adventure, I got to travel the world, I got to work with and meet lots of different kinds of people, I was outside a lot, I wasn't chained to a desk, I felt I was contributing to a large, important mission, I felt I was serving my country."

"You have to really want it. Know that it sucks in a lot of ways. It's not like the commercials. But there are definitely perks."
What don't you like about working at United States Army?
"Not being able to see my family. Having my life controlled by the US government. Not having the freedom to pick my career assignments or duty stations. Not having the freedom to quit when I pleased."

"Emphasize training to standard, not to time. If this means leaving work at 3 pm, so be it."
