What do you like about working at Tyson Foods?
"Very fast and productive job position. A learning experience every day. There was nothing else I could wish for a job like this."
What don't you like about working at Tyson Foods?
"The heavy fisical unloading of our product but once I started working it, I got used to it and there was nothing I didn't like about it after that."

"I started as an admin, then moved up to Purchasing. I was really given some great opportunities."
What do you like about working at Wine Warehouse?
"I was really given some great opportunities to grow, and got some valuable mentoring from my boss. Most of my co-workers were good as well."

"It's a pretty relaxed place, with generally happy employees, but don't try to change too much, too quickly."
What don't you like about working at Wine Warehouse?
"I had gone as far as I could with the company. Unless my boss died, quit or retired, I had nowhere to grow."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen more to your staff. We're the ones doing the jobs, so we know what does and doesn't work."

"The group of co-workers in operations was very enjoyable to work with. My boss did not micro-manage. He was understanding and is a very smart and nice person."

"That legacy system may still be in use. Also with the current economic issues be prepared for a potentially challenging time working for a financial company."

"Once the legacy computer system is replaced I believe this will be a great place to work."

"Due to extreme growth, the company was not able to handle professionally their need for policies, guidelines, etc. to where it became an unhealthy environment for their employees."

"I enjoyed being able to be involved in an area that was new to the organization and had strong input in establishing quality control within the department."

"Be open to growth and new ideas, and the potential to be involved with many new programs will be there for you."

"I am a former employee and there wasn't anything about American Express that I didn't enjoy."

"Allow for upper management to be open to direct involvement within their departments to ensure they are providing the best service to their employees and therefore their clients."
