"more honesty within the company, some of the team members were not open and honest"

"Young company that needed alot of help getting a sales structure, best practices, etc, implemented. I incorporated a crm, and helped drive revenue"

"Small startup means very limited resources. You have to be creative to make things work. It's not something I 'don't' like but it is a challenge."

What don't you like about working at NC4?
"Small Company - Rumors always existed about solvency ... Originally worked for a Supervisor with true Operational experience ... he attrited and division was replaced by a Sales Manager with little to no Ops experience ... entire company downsized by 35% ,,, my position disappeared."

"Not applicable now due to time away from their environment (e.g. corporate goals, mission, etc.)"
