Normally he talks about initiatives, company growth, etc. At this Town Hall, he talked about the economy, the recession that is surely coming, and steps One Step management has taken to prepare the company for hard times. I was impressed that management wanted to reassure its employees about the future and the stability of the company."

And the COO, the third senior executive, Brett, is also a really good person. They know the industry so they don't make wild decisions and change directions overnight. Everyone always wishes they were paid more, but One Step seems to pay the right amount for a company of its size.
