OgilvyInteractive Employee

"Although Ogilvy had an amazing culture which was the biggest draw for me, the one thing that the Chicago office lacked was increasing the workflow for user experience work. I had gotten hired on after they had lost their biggest account for digital work, so there were projects here and there that I had worked on, but not enough for a full work through of a project. Covid-19 hit and I saw my workstream dry up, and my job completely dissolved. Given the circumstances, if things were different, I think I would have stayed on and more projects would be in the pipeline."
