"This was a great company to work for because it was a family based company."
What do you like about working at Northwood Heating & Air Conditioning?
"This was a family based company. There was only 2 of us that weren't actually blood related. This business was a good atmosphere, I learned a lot of things about Air Conditioning and Heaters. The owners were willing to teach me and introduce me to new things."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"You will be alone a lot on this job, so you need to be a self motivator to get things done. Be as organized and you possibly can. Have great customer skills because you will the base station for all incoming calls about repair and you will also have to call the technicians to dispatch them."
What don't you like about working at Northwood Heating & Air Conditioning?
"They did not work off a computer. Everything was still paper based. They had papers everywhere and it wasn't organized. Things were lost a lot due to this."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest that they start using programs such as Quickbooks more frequently to produce invoices and accounts. This would help with the organization and accounts receivable and payable."
What do you like about working at Aluminum Service Professionals?
"I liked the peaople that I worked with. I liked the marketing of the company that I was able to take part in. That was very new to me, but very rewarding and exciting."
What don't you like about working at Aluminum Service Professionals?
"This was a new company, and had many areas that could have used attention. I ultimately was laid off due to slow business."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The owner is fantastic and you can learn a lot from him; a real go getter."
What do you like about working at Tamco Steel?
"I love the location, the people, this was an internship, I didn't get paid, I received work experience."
What do you like about working at County of San Bernardino?
"I liked working for the San Bernardino County because it was a different experience. I got to learn new things, and I learned how to work with new people with many different personalities."

"As far as working with Affinity Financial I really enjoyed it because it was a good work environment that helped me start building my work experience."

"I do not actually have any tips for others interviewing with this company that I can think of."

"As far as working with Affinity Financial I really had nothing I can say that I disliked about work there."

"As far as management goes I actually have no suggestions for management that I can think of."

"Everyone was there to help you no matter what and you had control over the tasks that you were supposed to complete."

"Be honest and do what you say you can do. The boss expects the best of her employees"
What do you like about working at County of Riverside?
"I loved the work and enjoyed that my job duties flucuated with the job rotation so I was always able to learn something new. Also, the potential for advancement was almost limitless."
What don't you like about working at County of Riverside?
"However, I did not respond well to the overly level of personal politics that circulated that place."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Talk to the other departments in your building. Keep open communication with other county branches."
