"I have worked with Oasis Petroleum for a year and my contract assignment is coming to an end. I enjoyed the camaraderie within the accounting department, the structure of some of the assignments. Oasis is open to its employees giving their input in various processes and that makes me feel like I am making a difference in the bigger picture. I feel my opinions and insights are valued."

"Growth opportunities are limited for the next few years. As they grow and establish departments, it will be easier to delegate responsibilities and develop employees and promote them."

"Management is doing a great job. I feel they are moving at the right speed with obtaining the right people for the needs of the business."
