"Yes, keep it short, narrow, and relatively bland. They like replaceable parts there. If you appear to be too diverse, it will complicate things when they want to RIF you."

"Narrow job responsibilities. For instance, staff not in a Development group are prevented or discouraged from programming any kind of scripting code. This hampers engineers, operators and administrators outside of a Development from contributing to the creation and implementation of the final product. Same can be said for project manager's limited roles, etc."

"Need to listen more and be open to others' ideas. Otherwise, all that they need is luck!"
