"I am retired. Port Authority is a bureaucracy therefore it does not operate as one would expect a private sector company to behave. PA was the only Government job I held. PA does enjoy a well-earned reputation as a great place to work. Advancements, unfortunately are not always based on merit, but on the whole are quite fair."
