"Cardinal Health is a very strong company. There are many opportunities ranging from warehouse jobs to medical specialties."

What don't you like about working at Cardinal Health?

"As with most businesses, there are market pressures that keep pushing us to increase efficiencies and do more with less."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"This is a large company with its irons in many different fires. The CEO must have a lot of trust in the presidents of the different branches. I can't imagine trying to run such a large and diverse operation."

"The work is challenging and work process are constantly evolving toward improvement because of the team focused environment."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If someone were interviewing for my position, I would advise them to look elsewhere. There are few opportunities for career advancement in our business segment."

What don't you like about working at GE Healthcare?

"In my first two years in this position, I was learning new things every day and felt like part of the team. The job simply doesn't excite me like it used to. I feel as if I spend most of my time cleaning up other employees' messes. I also work a swing shift, which has had a negative impact on my health and my social life."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would focus on process improvements and team development, rather than constantly assuming my employees are incapable of making decisions for themselves."
