"not really, be your self and say what you do and do what you say, we have to many people here not that are not standing up for their group."

"end of contract and the fact that they keep stringing me along without getting me back inn under a full contract"

"keep your workers informed and make sure you are informed, issues here are that management makes decisions and not every one is on the same page"
