"Novelis is a sustainable company, profitable now and going forward. But people are not happy there. The worst is R&D. CTO created multiple competing groups, the atmosphere is full of politics and pretending, people with limited knowledge are put into leading positions, and experienced people keep leaving and are being kicked out. So frustrating. Glad to be out."
