"We have a new beautiful HQ, a new culture on paper, and excellent financial performance, but the atmosphere among employees is not good (artificial, people acting rather than being honest)."

CTO created multiple competing groups, the atmosphere is full of politics and pretending, people with limited knowledge are put into leading positions, and experienced people keep leaving and are being kicked out.
