"Overly bureaucratic at times. Departments within our business group don't communicate enough, such as accounting, sales, marketing, and the various operations."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make communication with various sections easier and encouraged, so a change in accounting doesn't adversely affect sales or vice versa."

"Be on the shop floor for real engaging in all aspects, and get on a machine every once in a while."

"Very corporate, very slow, poor communication, poor personal career development."

"I would delegate more as a manager. Under the current model, managers have too much responsibility and as such career development and team rapport suffers."

"Depending on the group you get slammed into it can be a really good job or a form of indentured servitude."
