"I've worked for NOV for over 3 yrs. The workplace environment is average to above average, depending on your department. Pay seems somewhat fair from what I've seen. However, I would warn those who are minorities seeking employment in account management or sales with NOV. It is still a good old boy type company, so be prepared to hear certain jokes and racial slurs. Management and HR typically doesn't take race seriously, but they do seem to have a zero tolerance policy on sexuall harassment."
