"Contract programming for government agencies does not generally require innovation and is not at all challenging or intellectually rewarding."

"None. I believe my dissatisfaction is not attributable to anything they are doing wrong. Rather, it is the nature of contract work for government agencies that leaves me flat."

"Get rid of some of the managers and Hire more workers."

"Interview as yourself. They care more about their team than anything."

"Although I have learned a lot at Northrop Grumman, I feel like I need more of a challenge at this point in my career."
