"Co-workers (most of them...excluding upper management). Hours. Vacation. $25 Kroger Christmas gift card (yes, that's the Christmas bonus)"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Norgren is not a high tech company. More of a traditional general industry manufacturing business. Interviews are generally with one person and they look for experience and good communication skills."
What don't you like about working at Norgren?
"The company leadership is not skilled managers. Mostly people who work themselves into the position and are not people managers but followers of executive management. Also, the Senior Executive Management changes every few years and the new group that comes in has an agenda to make the BOD and Stockholders happy but their visions are not realistic and manageable."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Find good Sr. Executives who know how run Manufacturing. Get rid of the homegrown Managers."
